We began in the Spring of 2020 when Jason and Aaron, two co-workers with a mutual love for great bagels, set out on a quest to create the bagel we wanted to eat. Using traditional methods like hand-rolling and boiling, along with premium quality ingredients like locally sourced flour, we crafted our bagels with a crisp crust and satisfying chew, exactly like we were craving. Several hundred batches later and we're finally ready to serve our creations to bagel lovers everywhere!
